Accident reports are purchased online through the state website for $15

Private Property Reports can be purchased at Police Headquarters for $5 Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm

Free to complainant or the victim

$10 per report for non-complainant/victim (after approved for release).

2. We have just moved into Southaven, how long do we have to replace our tags and driver’s license?

Under Mississippi State law, all residents have 30 days from the date they establish residency in the State to obtain new automobile tags and a new driver's license.
